Submitting an Application
The admissions process to our school is straightforward once you've decided that this is the school for your daughter:
1. Obtain an application package from the school or download it from the link below.
2. Complete and submit the application form along with a $100 application fee.
3. Submit the following:
· The final report card from the student’s previous two years of school and the most recent report card for the current academic year.
· The Confidential Student Profile Report completed by the student's current principal and sent directly to Holy Name of Mary College School.
Prospective students applying to grades 7-12 will be required to take our in-house written test which evaluates the candidate’s general mathematic, reading comprehension and English skills.
