Co-Curricular Programme

Our co-curricular programme is fully integrated into the educational requirements of the school.  Three days a week, students take part in a diverse selection of clubs, arts or athletics. The wide range of life skills developed in these activities, from technical and knowledge-based skills, to the important skills of relationship building and teamwork, enhance each student’s understanding of her own abilities and her responsibilities as a member of the school community and of the broader social community. Students may also choose to select the Academics option during which time they may seek additional help from a teacher or complete homework or assignments.

By belonging to school clubs and participating in the co-curricular programme, it is easy for students to get to know their teachers, meet new friends, learn new skills, and enjoy the pride and school spirit that develops.  At HNMCS, we believe that offering students a wide range of clubs and activities helps them identify their talents, pursue their passions or simply try a new activity.

Our co-curricular and club options vary throughout the year and offer our students a wide range of choices to suit their interests.  Our list of clubs and activities includes the art club, athletic council, book club, chess club, junior and senior choir, community outreach, dance club, debating club, Duke of Edinburgh’s Award, Italian club, leadership, model united nations, peer tutoring, public speaking, FIRST Lego Robotics, student council, yearbook.
