Tuition & Bursaries
Below is a link to the tuition schedule for our school. Tuition and fees include all academic fees and our annual Outdoor Education trip to Camp Wanakita. Textbooks, school supplies, transportation, field trips, meals, private music instruction and school uniforms are not included in fees.
While Holy Name of Mary College School is an independent school, the tuition is not intended to exclude students on a financial basis. An income-based bursary program is available for those in need of financial assistance and we encourage families to seek financial assistance when it is required. Families apply for bursaries during the application process to Holy Name of Mary College School.
To request a bursary, please go to www.applefinancialservices.ca and follow the steps below:
1. Create a parent account registration
2. After the e-mail address provided is verified a response will be sent “account set up”
3. Log in using your new account information and start the online application
4. At the end of the process, requests will appear for the uploading of tax information, i.e. T4’s, current year’s pay statements, etc.
5. Once the information is uploaded the payment section will appear and payment can be made by credit card.
If you have any difficulties uploading your tax information, it can be marked “to be mailed”, and the process will continue. You will however need to mail out these documents within 48 hours.
If you are not able to use the online process there is an option to download a PDF form and this will have to be mailed to Apple Financial along with the required documents.
