This year at HNMCS, our athletic season was filled with competition, teamwork, and personal growth for student-athletes. HNMCS athletics plays a significant role in building school spirit and pride, with students, teachers, and the community coming together to support their teams. Here are the highlights of our athletic seasons.

Fall Season

The Athletic school year kicked off with our Junior Flag Football team having a perfect season and capturing the CISAA JR Flag Football Championship. We also had successful seasons in Senior Flag Football, Cross Country, U14 Volleyball and U14 Flag Football.

Spring Season

HNMCS student athletes ended our year by competing in multiple athletic competitions. Our Varsity Soccer team was one of the best in the conference. Our Varsity Track and Field team also competed in the CISAA championship, with a group of students qualifying for OFSAA at York University. Other Spring teams include: U14 soccer and U14 badminton.

Congratulations to all our athletes. Regardless of the sport, HNMCS athletics emphasizes the importance of working together as a team, fostering friendships and a sense of belonging among student-athletes.

We are looking forward to next year, where we will be introducing our new Varsity Tennis program on our new tennis courts!

Go Stars!
