We are excited to welcome our new Mission Integration team!

Steve Dubrick joins Holy Name of Mary College School as the Director of Mission Integration and Advancement. In his mission capacity, Steve will be working with the Board of Directors, the Senior Leadership Team, the Staff, and the Parents to support the integration of the mission and core values across the entire school community. The Advancement portfolio will see Steve working with all constituents to support and enhance the long-term financial sustainability of the school through both fund, and friend-raising. Steve has fifteen years of senior leadership experience in Independent Schools having worked at De La Salle, Crescent, and UCC. He has worked as well as an executive in health care for five years, including Catholic health care with the Catholic Health Sponsors of Ontario. Steve holds a master's degree in education and lives in Toronto with his wife and three children.

Matthew Snowdon joins the team as the Associate Director of Mission Integration. He is passionate about forming communities rooted in the invitation, wonder, and joy of faith-filled living. For the last three years, Matthew served as the chaplain at a Catholic high school in Belleville, ON, where he focused primarily on accompanying students and staff toward deeper relationships with one another, themselves, and the Divine. By drawing on the riches found in the universal Catholic tradition, Matthew strives to create cultures marked by a robust spiritual life that affirms a life-giving vision of Christianity, open to all. After receiving a Bachelor of Music in Vocal Performance with an additional focus on Christianity and Culture from the University of Toronto, Matthew went on to study at the premier Catholic institution of Boston College, obtaining a Master of Arts in Theology and Ministry there. When not pondering life's big questions, Matthew can be found figure skating, hiking, skiing, and his favourite, spending quality time with family and friends over good food and drinks. Matthew is excited to be returning home to the GTA and being a part of the HNMCS community.
